During his studies at Oxford, he specialized in natural resource governance, contract negotiation in extractive industries, and building state capacity for economic development under the supervision of Sir Paul Collier, a professor at the University of Oxford.<\/p>\n<p>In the Global Affairs program at Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University in China, he focused on international business, finance, and mergers and acquisitions under the supervision of Gao Xiqing, former president of the China Investment Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>He worked on an investment project by Tus Holdings in Latin America, the world&#8217;s largest technology park developer, under the supervision of economist Alessandro Texeira.
